   • Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, or overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the App.
6. Intellectual Property The App is our proprietary property. The App features, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer The App, including all content and services provided through it, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We expressly disclaim, to the extent permitted by law, all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App aims to provide users with an understanding of common loan interest calculation methods, the pros and cons of each, and to help you calculate the interest and fees associated with different types of loans based on various factors, such as loan amount, loan term, and annual interest rate, through features like "Interest Calculation Methods Guide", "Loan Calculator Pro", and "Interest Rate Converter". We do not, however, guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information on the App and are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for results obtained from the use of such information. 9. In-App Purchases (IAP):
   • Upgraded Features: The App now includes optional upgraded features such as the "Rate Change Simulator" and "Prepayment Analyzer," which are accessible via a one-time in-app purchase. These premium features are designed to enhance your loan management experience.
   • Purchase and Payment: All in-app purchases are processed securely through the iOS App Store. The total price of the purchase, including applicable taxes, will be displayed before the transaction is completed.
   • Refund Policy: Purchases made through the App are final and non-refundable. For refunds, users must initiate a request directly through the App Store, subject to App Store refund policies.
   • Access and Restoration: Users can access purchased features immediately after the transaction. In the event of app reinstallation or device change, purchases can be restored through the App Store's standard restoration process.
